Note that,

  • The series include R/4.5.3-icelake, R/4.5.3-gcc11, R/4.5.3-gcc12.
  • Since R_LIBS has R, R-gcc11/R-gcc12 those in their respective directories are recognised automattically.
  • In the case of R/4.5.3-gcc12, a fully functional gcc/12.5.0 is made, https://cambridge-ceu.github.io/csd3/systems/setup.html#fn:gcc.
    • There might be some residuals from using -lintl, therefore xgboost is experimented with LIBS=”-lintl”.
    • The issue goes away with gcc/12.5.0.
